Defender Advocacy Workshop
About Us
The Defender Advocacy Workshop, hosted by the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies of Mahidol University (IHRP), is designed to equip criminal defenders and justice professionals with the advocacy tools and skills needed to push forward legal protections for all defendants. Specifically, the workshop provides hands-on training on timeless skills such as how to interview a client, analyze forensics reports, and exclude illegal evidence, combined with panels on the most recent legal developments and international best practices.
关于工作坊
辩护律师工作坊由玛希隆大学人权及和平研究研究所(IHRP)举行，是为了提升辩护律师和法律从业员的辩护技巧以给予当事人最大保障。内容包括各種永不过时的实战技巧：如何会见当事人、分析法医报告和排除非法证据。专家小组将会就这些议题，发表最近的法律发展和国际间最优秀的做法。
